Six steps, in order.
A structured path from first conversation to finished space.
Visit
A real conversation, not a sales pitch.
Most projects start with a brief phone call, ten minutes to make sure we're the right fit for what you have in mind. If we are, we meet in your home, standing in the actual room. Forty-five minutes. No slide deck. You walk us through how you live, what you love, and what isn't working.
We measure, ask questions, and go back to the studio with enough information to send you a transparent ballpark within 48 hours.
Design Options
Several real directions, not three mood boards.
Most renovations start with a single direction and a hope that it works. We start with several. Using AI-generated photorealistic visualizations, we develop four or five real options for your space, each with a distinct material story, considered layout, and rough budget range.
You see what your bathroom could be, in your bathroom, before any commitment. Some clients know instantly. Others mix and match. The conversation that happens here shapes everything after it.
Contract
Fixed scope. Fixed timeline. Fixed price.
Once you've chosen a direction, we put it in writing. A fixed-price contract with a defined scope, a real timeline, and a payment schedule that's clear from day one. No vague language. No "we'll figure it out." No discovery you can't budget for.
What you sign is what you get.
Sketch
From exploration to precision.
Once we've agreed on a direction, the work shifts from exploration to precision. We produce the architectural sketch, a mix of hand drawings and digital renderings of your actual space, showing the exact tile, the exact vanity, the exact proportions of the room you already know.
This is the document we build from. Every decision lives here, in writing and on paper, before the first tile is ordered.
Build
The boring part, done well.
The best construction experience is an uneventful one. Your project gets primary attention, we don't spread crews across too many sites at once. Our plumber, electrician, and tile setter are the same people on every job. You'll know them by name by week two.
You get regular photo updates from the field, so you always know where things stand, even when you can't be on site.
Final
A short punch list, properly closed.
When we deliver, the punch list is short because we've been catching details along the way, not racing to fix them at the end. We walk through together, document anything outstanding, and close it out properly.
We stand behind our work with a one-year warranty. If something needs attention after we've left, we come back.
The Ballpark
A realistic investment range, before we ever meet.
Before Step One, before the phone call, before any conversation, you should have a sense of the number. Three questions and you'll see a transparent range based on comparable Westchester projects. No email required to see it.
If the range aligns with what you had in mind, we move to Step One and schedule a visit.
The best projects start with a walk through your home.
Forty-five minutes in the room you want to transform. We listen, we measure, and we follow up within 48 hours with a transparent ballpark.
